5. DATA SECURITY
We take the security of your personal information seriously and implement appropriate technical, administrative, and organizational security measures designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your data. These measures include, but are not limited to, encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. Our Services are hosted within Amazon Web Services (AWS) GovCloud, a highly secure cloud infrastructure environment designed to meet stringent compliance and data protection requirements.
6. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
We retain your personal information, including any data obtained through third-party integrations such as Google, for as long as you maintain an active Uptool account and as reasonably necessary to provide you with the Services. You may request deletion of your personal information, including any Google user data, at any time by contacting us at support@uptool.com. Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will delete the applicable personal information within a reasonable timeframe, unless retention is required or permitted by applicable law.

Email Communications. You may unsubscribe using the link in marketing emails.
Text Messages. You may opt out by following instructions in the message.
Do Not Track. We currently do not respond to DNT browser signals.
